Be certain to make a notation on your check memo line - “VFC license plate” and your NARFE Chapter number. The check and the application form should be mailed directly to: Gaston Gianni, 3816 Mulberry Point Court, Dumfries, VA 22025. Gaston will review the application for completeness and then forward the check to the VFC Treasurer for deposit in a special account.
