The purpose of this amendment is to provide RRPS written response to the following questions that have been brought to our attention; to extend the due date and time to 3:00 PM, Friday, July 28, 2017; to distribute the sign in sheet from the first pre-bid meeting; and to schedule a non-mandatory site tour for 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 25, 2017. All other BID terms, conditions, specifications, requirements and criteria remain unchanged.
Question #1: Section 2.05.A - Item #9 is listed as Library. This building was not included in the drawing packages. .Hardware is listed on the hardware schedule attached in addendum 2 as requiring two (2) AD400 electronic locksets to be connected to existing PIM already in place. How many lockets are currently connected to existing PIM? One. Can building drawings be provide for Library?
Response: The Library is part of the Administration/Media 2nd Floor Plan. “Library” and “Media” are synonymous.
Question #2: Administration building drawings shows door 115 as needing electric hardware NDE80, however it is not listed on the hardware spec. Please confirm that this door is also included in the scope of work and needs hardware.
Response: Door 115 is included in the scope of work.
Question #3: Food Services building drawings shows door CA-111, this door has not been included on the hardware spec. Please confirm that this door is to be included in the scope of work and if so what hardware it will require.
Response: Door CA-111 is included in the scope. Hardware is the same as CA-105A.
Question #4: Please confirm which door is to be labeled CA-110.
Response: Door CA-110 is on the left.
Question #5: Elevators – after reviewing the drawings given in Addendum 2, there appears to be ten (10) elevator landings. Please provide the location of additional two (2) elevator landings. 2x Administration, 2x Business Academy, 2x Engineering and Design, 2x Fine Arts Academy, 2x Scimatics Academy .
Response: All 10 elevator landings are accounted for. Business Academy 1st and 2nd Floor Plans.
Question #6: Current quantity and installed location of Gateways in Administration building is needed in order to add existing and new NDE series locks into the system.
Response: Currently there are three (3) gateways installed in the corridors.
SITE TOUR: A non-mandatory site tour has been scheduled for 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 25, 2017 and will be held at Rio Rancho High School. All interested parties are invited and encouraged to attend.
