ⅠPurpose
Northeast and Central Asiais the regionsensitively response to global change.Countries in thisregionhave close relationships in geo-ecology, geo-resources and geo-economy and desire intensely to seek cooperation on resources, environment and sustainable development. In recent years,scientists from related countries have strengthened the comprehensive researches on this region. The scientific institutes from China, Russia, Mongolia, Japan, Koreaand Uzbekistan have founded long-term scientific cooperation relationships and made impressive progresses in the fields of resources, environment and sustainable development of Northeast and Central Asia. To promote the sustainable development of this region and intensify academic exchange and economic cooperation, Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research（IGSNRR） ofChinese Academy of sciences(CAS) will host “International Forum on Regional Sustainable Development of Northeast and Central Asia”, sincerelywelcome international experts and scholars to participate the forum.

The papers should besubmitted in English,be written around the forum theme and key topics, not more than6 pages of size A4, moreover not to touch upon government secrets and can be publicated in public.Each paper should consist of following sections, in order: Title, Name and Organization of Authors, Abstract, Key Words, Text and References. When views and materials of others are quoted in the paper, the references numbers should be in the upper right corner of the text[1], and the references literature should be listed after the text according to the order of appearing in the text. The paper should be typed in Word for Windows(version 6.0 and advanced versions),script Time New Roman, 10, line spacing -1, margins on all sides -3.17cm.Tables and pictures are inserted in the text. Tables and notes to the pictures are done in script Times New Rome,10.The deadline of submitting paper: May 10, 2011.
