Cancellation of Booking results in forfeiture of deposit
Bookings will be taken only up to two years in advance

*NOTE: Non-profit organizations must have an approved notion by
their governing body stating their intentions and subsequently present
a signed letter on the non-profit, charitable organization or agency
official letterhead to the Recreation, Culture & Facilities Department
(at time of booking) in order to qualify for the discount.
