MANIFESTO FOR A PROSPEROUS MALAYSIA
1. To abolish Goods and Services Tax (GST) that burdens the people and replace it with a more just taxation system such as Tax on Corporate Savings and Tax on Shares in Bursa Saham Malaysia.
2. To dispose existing PTPTN borrower’s debt to ease the burden of youngster and as an initiative towards free education.
3. To give monthly staple food aid to the poor through National It’aam Programme
4. To give an RM 2,000 one-off aid as capital for women to start businesses from home.
5. To intiate free school bus programme to ease the burden of parents.
6. To provide financial option for purchasing first car of maximum 1300 cc engine size through exception of excise duty and loan repayment with no interest (Qardul Hasan).
7. To reduce affordable housing price to be between RM 50 000 and RM 180 000.
8. To restore the role of Sekolah Berasrama Penuh (SBP) and Maktab Rendah Sains Mara (MRSM) as mean to empower struggling urbanites & those from rural areas.
9. To restructure the rate of toll payment by reviewing toll concession agreements that exceed 15 years.
10. To form a Malaysian government free from corruption, aligning with Islamic jurisprudence through the concept “Ubudiyyah, Mas’uliyyah and Itqan (UMI).
11. To empower Islam as the federal religion by implementing the teaching of Islam as al-Din, a holistic system that cover whole aspect of life.
12. To make Bahasa Malaysia as the intermediate language for all subjects in national education curriculum.
13. To restore quota system at Institut Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA) to balance out the education gap between the rich & poor, and people in city & from rural areas.
14. To implement a development policy that is capable of eradicating poverty and restructuring the economic imbalance between Malaysians.
15. To help state governments to initiate land development plans especially for youngsters.
16. To develop affordable housings for second and third generation of FELDA.
17. To aid disabled people by empowering support system based on one’s potential and capability.
18. To create Pusat Komuniti Keluarga Sejahtera (PKKS) in all states and localities which provide counselling services, legislative advices, skills development, guidance on religion and parenting trainings.
19. To recheck the ratio of police forces to local population to reduce crime rate.
20. To increase the number of medical specialists and specialist hospitals to fulfill the need of people based on the recommended ratio by United Nations.
