AGENDA TOPICS
Welcome address by Kelly McClelland: Welcome to the annual general meeting for the French Bulldog Club of Queensland. The club is still on track to gain affiliation in 2013, and as such host its first Championship and Open show in 2013 accordingly. We have satisfied the anticipated calendar of social events in 2012 and have ensured our pet people have been actively involved and are provided the opportunity to meet the committee and other like minded French Bulldog owners.We are also incredibly thankful for the support we have experienced from breeders in QLD as well as from interstate and of course our sister clubs in NSW, VIC and WA.

2. Foundation Meeting minutes – read and approved
3. Meetings – for 2012 will be quarterly, held at Kind Ave Durack (CCCQ Grounds). Monthly notice will be given, meetings always to be on a Sunday.
4. Treasurers report – Ben McWatt to supply asap. Bank account currently $5084.75. Paid members for 2012 – 69.
5. Fundraising for next year – Megan Shaw t approach northside Bunnings, Masters Upper Coomera to come back to us for March 2013, and Bunnings Oxenford to confirm May 2013. Masters Nerang confirmed for September 2013.
6. Social Days for 2013 – on the beach again, May, August and November 2013.
7. General Business – Trophies for 2013 Champ shows ordered from Canada. Tia McArthur confirmed colours for ribbons and sashes for Open and Champ shows, quote to come. Judges confirmed for Open Show (Mr Shane Thomas, QLD) and Championship Mrs Janet Furneaux (UK). Advertisement taken out in the December LBF (FBCNSW) - $100. Accommodation for interstate visitors to be sourced and put on the website, and FB pages by January 2013.
