Purpose:
At the conclusion of this educational offering, the participant will be able to discuss ways the charge nurse can create a healthy and safe work environment for staff.
Objectives:
- Describe how to have an open dialogue with individual team members.
- Identify the value of the charge nurse roles.
- Discuss leadership considerations and decisions involved with safety factors incorporated into our room design.
Target Audience: RNs working in rehabilitation nursing in the community or in health care settings
