Reporting Schedule:
Periodic reports must be submitted at the end of each reporting period as definded in Article 6 of the contract:

The Periodic Report consists of:
-the Periodic Activity Report
--the Periodic Management Report (including form C: the financial statement and a summary financial report)
-the Periodic Report on the distribution of the Community’s contribution
-the interim Science and Society Reporting Questionnaire * (completed on-line by the co-ordinator at the end of the 1st reporting period only)
-the interim Reporting Questionnaire on workforce statistics * (completed on-line by each contractor at the end of the 1st reporting period only)
-the interim Socio-economic Reporting Questionnaire * (completed on-line by each contractor at the end of the 1st reporting period only)
*) Instructions on how to complete the questionnaires will be communicated by the PO
Final Report:
Due Date / Delivery (calendar days after end of period)Final Management Report / 06/30/2007 / 45 (may be extended to 90 days)
Final Funding Distribution Report / 60 (after receipt of final payment)
The Final Report is submitted in addition to the Periodic Report for the last reporting period. It consists of:
-a publishable Final Activity Report
-a Final Plan for using and disseminating the knowledge
-a Final Management Report
-a Final Report on the distribution of the Community’s contribution
-a Final Science and Society Reporting Questionnaire (completed on-line by the co-ordinator)
-a Final Reporting Questionnaire on workforce statistics (completed on-line by each contractor)
-a Final Socio-economic Reporting Questionnaire (completed on-line by each contractor)
Submission:
Reports must be submitted by the co-ordinatorin writing by means of registered mail, as well as by electronic means to the addresses / mailbox given in the contract.
Deliverables:
The timing of delivery is specified in Annex I to the contract, submission is required electronically and on paper. Each deliverable has a standard front page.
