Associate Information Technology Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst

As a Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst in the Information Technology department, your role will be to
· Understand supply chain planning related business processes, systems architecture, business/systems issues, challenges and opportunities.
· Recommend solutions and assist with business case creation, project definition, project approval.
· Help create future state vision for the standardized processes and systems architecture.
· Ensure solutions architected are largely re-usable across ArcelorMittal USA plants and consistent with future state vision.
· Assess commercially available software solution packages and conduct fit/gap analysis.
· Be involved in business requirement analysis, and configuration and implementation of the Planning systems.
· Become both technical & functional experts of the planning solutions and lead future rollouts.
· Stay abreast of supply chain initiatives in other ArcelorMittal facilities worldwide.

For the position, we are seeking candidates with strong background in Supply Chain Management, Optimization and Systems Technology. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering or Information Systems Technology with appropriate Major / Minor combination or with appropriate mix of courses and project work that gives the required background. The Company generally does not sponsor candidates for temporary visas or permanent residency at the Bachelor’s level.
