1.The following is added to paragraph E. Additional Conditions of the Inland Marine Coverage Form:
BURGLARY AND ROBBERY PROTECTIVE SYSTEMS
a.As a condition of this insurance, you are required to maintain the protective systems listed in the Schedule above.
b.Explanation of Symbols. The protective systems to which this form applies are identified in the Schedule by symbols. If any change in the system is made, report the change to us immediately.
The symbol groups represent:
(1)Premises Burglar Alarm System:
(a)For which you have an unexpired Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. certificate; and
(b)That signals to an outside central station.
Initial symbol "C" means that the central station does not have keys to the property the alarm system protects. Initial symbol "K" means that the central station does have keys to the property.
Numbers "1","2" and "3" refer to the type of installation. Letters "A","B" and "C" after these numbers refer to the grade of alarm system.
Example:Symbol "K-1C" means a premises burglar alarm signalling to an outside central station with keys to the property, installation type 1, grade C.

(2)Loud Sounding Gong:

Initial symbol "L" means that there is a loud sounding gong.
Numbers "2" and "3" refer to the type of installation. Letters "A", "B" and "C" after these numbers refer to the grade of alarm system.
Example: Symbol "L-3A" means a loud sounding alarm outside the building, installation type 3 grade A.
List of Possible Symbols:
L-2A, L-2B, L-2C, L-3A, L-3B, L-3C
(3)Security Service making hourly rounds covering the entire building when the premises are not in actual operation.
Initial symbol "W" means that there is a security service.
Numbers refer to the type of service:
(a)"1" means there are hourly signals to:
(1)An outside central station; or
(2)A police station where there is at least one police officer on duty at all times.
(b)"2" means there are:
(1)Hourly reports to a watch clock; and
(2) No hourly signals to an outside station.
(c)"3" means there are:
(1)No hourly reports to a watch clock; and
(2)No hourly signals to an outside station.

2.The following is added to the EXCLUSIONS section ofthe INLAND MARINE COVERAGE FORM:
We will not pay for loss or damage caused by or resulting from burglary, robbery or theft if, prior to the loss or damage, you:
a.Failed to keep any protective system listed in the Schedule above, activated when you were closed for business;
b.Knew of any suspension or impairment in any protective system listed in the Schedule above and failed to notify us of that fact; or
c.Failed to maintain any protective system listed in the Schedule above, and over which you had control, in complete working order.
