• STATUS OF ACTION ITEMS
7:20 – SERGIO BILL: VOTE – ALL (10 min.)
-Andy proposes to amend bill to give exact amount to each program.
- Tommy proposed to table the bill until Sergio gives us exact numbers.
- Tommy’s proposal was voted on and passed.
- We will keep Sergio accountable with the numbers and vote on the bill next week.
7:30 -- WCSA SPONSORSHIP IDEAS-- ALL (20 min.)
• FACULTY-STUDENT DESERTS
- Angela’s bill. Funding faculty reimbursement for having class/students over for food.
- It would be a case by case scenario, the faculty would need to submit a receipt.
- Tommy: what are the numbers like in the past? -Only around 6-8 faculty have talked about it before, it would definitely encourage that!!
- Delegate it to a senator.
• DAVID GERGEN EVENT 11/20
- VP for college advancement. Moral and ethical leadership conference
- Consensus we are all interested.
- Andy: let her know we are willing to pick up the other half of the money for the event.
• EVENT WITH CCLP
- Etiquette event for seniors. Approx $1200.
EXPLORING WHITENESS
-Tomorrow night at 6:30. Event that Tommy thinks we should all go to!!
Garrett- Tomorrow at 5 Winter hall, interesting speaker Cacho(?) and event. Angela classify..just a club event. BP wanted us to know about it.
CLUB FUNDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clubs now get their funding from WAC and think they get it all from them.
- Once a month they can submit a funding proposal to us and we would vote on it. We would tell WAC we approved it and they would give it to them. It needed to be that way due to tracking. Wants to figure out these complications!! There was collaboration from Garrett and WAC and came to this idea: tell clubs about the funding, that they can get it from us! G suggests: WAC becomes sole provider for club funding. See funding proposal!!
- Discussion: this is a big step, ultimately changes what WCSA does. Angela: look into club requests and evaluate based on amount etc before just giving it over there. great opp for WCSA and WAC to collab. Don’t necessarily give it all the way over.
- Tommy clarifies: clubs don’t technically have money they just propose.
- Can clubs ever come to WCSA? don’t want to undermine WAC process but hard bc they have no option.
- Bring this up again next week. G- Talk to Danny about our position etc

- Cold spring school wants us to join their meeting 11:30 this Thursday!! Andy- available.
Garrett- check about the option of newspaper placement now that the ferns are gone!!
