Note 1: Once a transfer value has been received from the company or provider of your previous pension scheme you have three months to advise if you want to transfer your funds into the General Dynamics United Kingdom Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme. If you do not proceed and subsequently ask for another transfer value within twelve months, then your previous scheme is within its rights to charge you for providing the information.

Note 2: The Trustees of the General Dynamics United Kingdom Retirement and Death Benefit Scheme reserve the right to refuse a transfer of previous benefits into the scheme if there is any outstanding liability attached to the transfer funds.

Note 3: If you are expecting a pension from more than one company please complete a separate form for each. Additional copies are available on the pension website or from the Pensions Administration Manager.
