Assessment Requirements
Learning Outcome 1
Vocational area: the vocational area chosen should be a broad sector e.g. Hospitality and Catering, Public Services etc. to allow the learner scope to choose varied job roles to consider in more detail in AC 1.3.
1.2 Given sources of information: these can be websites, brochures or personal contacts and at level 1 can be provided for the learner.
Learning Outcome 2
Chosen job role: this will ideally be chosen by the learner and be something in which he/she is genuinely interested.
