The Commission has reviewed your Application for Certification as a Tier 1, Level 1 Solar Renewable Energy Facility for the Maryland Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard Program filed on October 19, 2009.
After considering this matter at the January 20, 2010 Administrative Meeting, the Commission granted the application, issued renewable energy facility Certification Number MD-70289-SUN-01 for your residence and approved the estimated solar production eligibilityfor RECs as calculated by the Commission’s staff.
You or your representative must apply to PJM Environmental Information Services, Inc. to establish an account in your name with GATS or a Commission authorized solar renewable energy credit tracking system[1], not later than 30 days after Commission certification of your residence as a renewable energy facility. Please be advised that in order to establish an account[2] within PJM-GATS, you must provide PJM-GATS the attached solar REC production schedule.
Additionally, you are reminded that under COMAR 20.61.02.03C, you are obligated to notify the Commission within 30 days of any substantial change to the information contained in your application.
