The McGarvey Elementary and Sunrise Elementary School Parent Faculty Organizations (PFO) invite you to host a booth atour annualCommUNITY Carnival on Friday, April 27th from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Bring your family along for a fun evening at McGarvey Elementary, ournew Anatolia school.The proceeds from this event will be shared equally to enrich the academic, artistic, and technological environment for students at McGarvey Elementary and Sunrise Elementary. We will host about2,000 people at this exciting event, so it is a great opportunity to connect with families andshowcase your business products and services.
RESERVE A VENDOR BOOTH BY APRIL 6th
HOST A BOOTH: Please send your vendor registration form and $50 reservation donation payable to McGarvey PFO by Friday, April 6th, 2018. This includes a 10’x10’ outdoor area. Many booths are shaded or covered. Bring your own canopy tent and tables. Many vendors choose to bring a game or activity for families to enjoy at their booth or be part of the entertainment on stage.Please make checks payable to McGarvey PFO.
RAFFLE: Let us support your business by showcasing a basket of items or gift cards from your company in our very popular raffle. Send donations to McGarvey by April 6thwith the value and a list of items.

Spaces will be reserved to those who turn in the completed form and fee first. Booth requests received after April 6th will incur a $10 late fee, and no vendor forms will be accepted after Wednesday, April 11th.
