Why Expert Human Resource Management System?

Employee Information Management Module

Most important asset of any organizations is its employees. However most of the organizations have employee information in terms of its employee code and information of his salary in the payroll. The general payroll packages available in the market do not consider details of the employee besides his employee name and employee code.

Employee Training Module

The training of the employee is very important function of the HR department. The training helps an individual to learn and acquire new skills required for the job. Also proper training helps organization to get better returns as trained employee functions with more efficiency.

HR department needs to know training history of the employee as well as training need. HR department then plan a training course with internal or external facility. Similarly venue could be in house or outside at trainer’s premises. HR department identifies trainers for various courses.
