This signature event provides a unique setting for Corporate America and the HNBA to connect, offering opportunities for outside counsel to meet representatives from numerous Fortune 500 Companies.

The Exhibitor Showcase will be in the center of the HNBA Corporate Counsel Conference where hundreds of attorneys, judges, and law students a valuable and enjoyable three-day program featuring Continuing Legal Education (CLE) panels on cutting edge topics led by experts from across the country, a variety of workshops, and one of a kind networking opportunities.

Pricing:

Commercial - $3500 Government/Non-Profit - $2500

Each exhibitor is purchasing one exhibit booth. The fee includes: one 6' draped table with two chairs, one wastebasket, and (1) Exhibitor-Only registration to the Corporate Counsel Conference. Exhibit booths will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis.

NOTE: An Exhibitor-Only registration includes Friday and Saturday conference activities. These registrations are to be used by individuals staffing the exhibit booth. You may purchase additional registrations for purposes of staffing your booth for $250 which excludes all other conference activities. If you are interested in additional registrations inclusive of all conference activities, they are available at the Exhibitor Showcase Pass rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All requests for exhibit cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to Erika Lopeztello-Jones, HNBA Director of Operations at by March 1, 2018, will be refunded 50% of the exhibitor fee. There will be no refunds after March 1st and no refunds for no-shows. Any exhibit booths unoccupied by noon on Friday, March 16, 2018, will be regarded as a "no-show." The exhibitor will have been deemed to have cancelled the exhibit space contract, and, as such, the exhibitor will pay as liquidated damages 100% of the total contracted space fee. All freight will be removed from the exhibitor's area and returned to the loading dock at the exhibitor's expense, and HNBA will be free to assign the space to other exhibitors or utilize the space at its discretion. By submitting this exhibitor application, you have agreed to this cancellation policy.
