BONUS PLAN

$11,000 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Bonus Plan is to be paid to any of the top 25 eligible drivers as follows: 1st thru 10th-$500 each; 11th thru 25th-$400 each. Eligible drivers are those who are ranked in the top 40 of the current 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Championship point standings, regardless of overall finish in the Event. Eligible driver's must enter the Event before the entry deadline, attempt to qualify and attempt to compete in the race. If the Event is postponed all drivers who have qualified for the postponed race must return and attempt to compete in the completion of the Event to be eligible for the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Bonus Plan. If the eligible driver does not return the driver will be considered withdrawn from the entire Event. Determination of what constitutes such attempts shall be at the discretion of the Series Director. ** In the event any of this Bonus Plan is not paid, the remaining money will be distributed evenly among the eligible drivers for this Bonus Plan.

QUALIFYING AND SPECIAL AWARDS (See Manufacturers' Prize Money Conditions on Next Page)

$200 to the 2003 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Rookie of the Year if he enters before entry deadline, qualifies for and competes in the Event. If the 2003 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Rookie of the Year is not eligible for this award, the award will then be available to the next highest finishing eligible rookie driver in the final 2003 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Rookie of the Year point standings.

$600 to the 2003 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Champion if he enters before entry deadline, qualifies for and competes in the Event. If the 2003 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Champion is not eligible for this award, the award will then be available to the next highest finishing eligible driver in the final 2003 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Championship point standings.

$400 Bud Pole per Event award to the driver with the fastest qualifying time eligible to participate under the Manufacturers' Prize Money Conditions.

$7,250 (value) Hoosier Tire Company product award to be distributed according to the Tire Distribution Plan for NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series.

$500 POWERade "Power Move of the Race" per Event award paid to the highest finishing eligible driver who advances the most positions during the course of the race. In the case of a tie, the highest finishing driver will receive the award.

TIRE DISTRIBUTION PLAN FOR NASCAR FEATHERLITE MODIFIED SERIES

Hoosier Tire Company has posted award tires for all Events in 2004, which include 50 tires to be distributed to the eligible NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series car owners, per Event, as follows:

Two (2) tires will be awarded to each of the 20 highest car owners in the current 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Championship point standings who makes a good faith attempt to compete in the Event.

Separately, one (1) tire will be awarded to the 10 highest finishing car owners from the last completed NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Event, if the owner makes a good faith attempt to compete in the current Event. NASCAR in its sole discretion may determine what constitutes a good faith attempt to compete. If any of the of the 50 tires remain after the conditions stipulated above are met, then one (1) tire will be awarded to the next highest car owner in the current 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series standings, then to the next highest owner in the current 2004 standings, and so on, until all posted tires have been awarded. This award criteria pertains to the remaining Events for the 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series schedule only.

Under any circumstance the maximum distribution to any one (1) car owner for any NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Event will be three (3) tires per Event.

If any of the tires remain after all of the conditions stipulated have been met, then the remaining tires may be distributed at NASCAR’s discretion and/or distributed at another Event during the 2004 schedule (EIRI).

QUALIFYING PROCEDURE

Two consecutive qualifying laps. (EIRI) Faster lap determines qualifying position. Adjustments or repairs may not be made on the car after the car has taken the green flag at the start/finish line. NASCAR reserves the right to have more than one car engage in qualifying runs at the same time. Starting field for the SERVICE ELECTRIC “100” is limited to 40 starters including Provisional Positions.

STARTING POSITIONS AND PROVISIONAL POSITIONS PROCEDURE

The following will be the procedure for determining eligibility for and assigning of provisional starting positions for the 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Championship Event after starting positions 1st thru 35th have been determined by time trials, providing all entrants have had the opportunity to qualify. (What constitutes an opportunity to qualify shall be at the discretion of the Series Director.)

The starting field for this Event has been established as follows: Positions 1st thru 35th will be determined from time trials.

Until the completion of the third (3rd) Event of the 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series season, the provisional starting positions 36th and 37th will be assigned based on the final 2003 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Championship car owner point standings.

After the completion of the third (3rd) Event of the 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series season, the provisional starting positions 36th and 37th will be assigned based on the current 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Championship car owner point standings.

Provisional Positions 36th and 37th have been established for up to two additional starting positions which will be available to the highest 30 car owners in the current 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Championship car owner point standings who have not qualified for one of the original 35 starting positions, provided the eligible owner’s car added to the field is the car that was used in the official qualifying attempt or was used during an official practice session, unless the car was not repairable. To also be eligible for the owner’s provisional position, the owner must possess a valid 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series car owner’s license and filed an entry prior to the entry deadline.

If any unfilled position's still remain, they will then be assigned to the next eligible car owner who did not qualify for one of the original 35 starting positions based on the current 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Championship car owner point standings. In the event there should be one or more owners with the same number of points, the ties will be broken as set forth in section 17-4-B (1) in the 2004 NASCAR Regional Racing Rule Book. To also be eligible for the owner’s provisional position, the owner must possess a current 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series car owner’s license and filed an entry, prior to the entry deadline.

Provisional Position 40th has been established for up to one additional starting position which will be available to any past NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Champion driver who participated as a driver in the 2003 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series and who did not qualify for one of the original 35 starting positions, provided the eligible driver’s car added to the field is the car that was used in the official qualifying attempt or was used during an official practice session, unless it is not repairable. The most recent driving championship not time trial speed will determine this position.

If a former NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Champion driver is not assigned this position, it will then be assigned to the next eligible driver who did not qualify for one of the original 35 starting positions based on the current 2004 NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series Championship driver point standings. If any provisional position(s) remains unfilled, then those position(s) will become available to the next eligible car from the qualifying procedure for this Event. If there remains any unfilled positions, they will be filled from the qualifying draw.

The decision of what constitutes an official qualifying attempt or official practice attempt shall be at the discretion of the NASCAR Official in charge of the Event. The Event and qualifying procedure are defined in the 2004 NASCAR Regional Racing Rule Book. In the event that qualifying as stated on this entry blank does not take place (EIRI) for any unforeseen circumstance, the field will be set in accordance with the 2004 NASCAR Regional Racing Rule Book in Section 9, sub-section 5D (9-5D).

SPECIAL RULES:

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

This Event will be run in accordance with the 2004 NASCAR Regional Racing Rule Book, the provisions of this Official Entry Blank, any special rules applicable to the Event and any amendments thereto. In the event of any conflict between the 2004 NASCAR Regional Racing Rule Book, the Official Entry Blank and the special rules, NASCAR's determination as to the interpretation and application of the conflicting rules will be final.

All drivers, car owners and crew members must have a valid NASCAR license that has not been suspended or revoked.

All cars must be inspected before they will be permitted to engage in practice or time trials. Cars that have not been checked in for inspection during the inspection period will not be permitted to compete. (EIRI)

Each team must designate a representative to report to the scoring stand to score that team’s car for the race.

NOTE: Any NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series car with a fuel cell that was not sealed in 2004 or a fuel cell that has reached its expiration date should arrive with the fuel cell empty and ready for inspection.

NOTE: All teams must have a spotter during practice and the race; all spotters must scan the NASCAR frequency being used during practice and the race. It is also recommended that teams have radio contact between the driver and his pit crew and that the pit crew have a radio scanner to monitor the NASCAR race frequency. The frequency being used will be made available at the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series trailer.
