Sub: Modification of place of posting on humanitarian ground.
Respected Madam,
With due regards I want to submit the following points for your kind consideration please:
1. I am working in KVS since 28th Nov 1986 in the post of WET. I was posted at KV Narsinghpur (MP) for a period of exceeding six years before I got my request transfer to KV OF Khamaria Jabalpur in the month of May 2007.
2. I applied for the post of PGT Computer Science and got selected for the post vide KVS Bangalore Region letter No. F.4-Estt/2007/KVS(BGR)6541 dated 20-08-2007. I got my place of posting to KV No 1 AFS Jalahalli, Bangalore.
3. I accepted the offer of appointment and joined the Induction Course at KV Malleshwaram, Bangalore w.e.f. 5th Sep 2007 to 7th Sep 2007.
4. Madam, I arrived at Bangalore with a lot of hopes and dreams to fulfill as a successful teacher in computer Science. After coming to Bangalore I came to know that there is no quarter accommodation available at KV No 1 AFS Jalahalli and private accommodation is practically beyond the reach of my salaried resources.
5. Madam, I am the only son in my family and the sole earning member. I have left behind me at Jabalpur three ladies comprising of my old diabetic mother, my diabetic wife and my 11 year old daughter.
6. Madam, my career as a WET was quite eventful with a number of achievements at National level. Now after 20 years of my dedicated service I got this remote chance to prosper in my parent department, which I don’t want to let go.
7. Madam, I want to prove myself in my new assignment, but this financial constraint is disturbing me and I am unable to concentrate whole heartedly here at Bangalore.
In view of this I would request you to kindly change my place of posting to any convenient place at Jabalpur, Bhopal or Mumbai Region (where a newly appointed PGT Comp Sc does not join).
I am writing such an application for the first in my life as I am facing a desperate situation. Please consider my case on a humanitarian ground and oblige.
