FACILITY:A75x176footpool,withamovablebulkheadcreatingtwoeightlane25yardracingcourses withCompetitornon-turbulentlanemarkers,is housedin thisfacility.Waterdepthin thedivingwellpool is7.5feet in Lane8and10.5feetinLane1.ElectronictimingbyColoradoTimingand2x(9’x16’)video displayboard.Thereare300bleacherseats,andampledeckspaceforswimmers.Thereare500 permanentseatsinaraisedbalconyforspectators.Thecompetitioncoursehas beencertifiedin accordancewith104.2.2C(4).Thecopyof suchcertificationisonfilewithUSASwimming.Therewillbe a$5.00admission fee. Spectator meet programs will be free on the Meet Mobile app available in both the Apple Store and Google Play. The meet program will also be posted on the KYA website by Thursday, November 16th for spectators to print. No meet programs will be available at the door.
Theuseofaudioorvisualrecordingdevices,includingcellphones,isnotpermittedin changingareas,restroomsorlockerrooms.Suchdevicesbeingusedintherestrictedareas willbesubjecttoconfiscation.
Exceptwherevenuefacilitiesrequireotherwise,changingintooroutofswimsuitsotherthanin lockerroomsorotherdesignatedareasisnot appropriateandisprohibited.
FACILITYNOTES:LancasterAquaticCenteris anexcellentChampionshipAquaticCenter. Thecomplex iswellmaintainedandthefollowingruleswillbestrictlyenforced:
1. NOTETOCOACHESANDPARENTS:Thebalconyseatingareaisrestrictedtospectators, andthepooldeck is restrictedtoswimmers,officialsandothermeet workers.

2. Alltrashmustbedepositedin appropriatecontainers.
3. Children(swimmersand spectators)maynot go into unauthorizedareas, especiallythe

6. Radios, noisemakers, or anything that will cause distraction to swimmers, Coaches, or
Officialswillnotbeallowed.Flashphotographyis prohibitedduringthestartof heats.
7. GLASSCONTAINERSASWELLASALLFOODSAREBANNEDFROMTHECOMPLEX; NOFOODISALLOWEDONDECK!
8. Onlycompetitors,coaches,meet personnel, andofficialswillbeallowedondeck.

FORMAT:Thisis aCLOSEDtimedfinalscompetitionwithmixedageclassificationsfor8-under,9-10,
11-12,13-14andOpenswimmers.FINAstartingprocedureswillbeused.TheFINAsystem,approvedby
USASwimming,usesaseriesofwhistlesfollowedbya one-whistleannouncementforswimmers.The NoRecallStartRulewillalsobeenforcedduringthis meet.Theuseof “fly-overstarts”willbeat the discretionof theMeetReferee.

WARMUP:Warm-upproceduresmay,at thediscretionofthehostteam,bemodifiedbasedonnumbers of swimmersinthemeetandothersafetyandlogisticalconcerns.
CHECK-INPROCEDURE:ALL events for 400 yards and longer will require a positive check in and will be deck seeded. A positive check in must be made by 4:30 pm for Friday night’s events and by 7:30am for the Saturday morning 1000 free event. Swimmers not checked in by the designated deadlines will not be seeded. Positive check in table will be located at the entrance of the pool deck and manned by volunteer workers.
AWARDS: High Point Awards will be given to the Top 3 of Each Age Group Male & Female: 8 & under,
9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15 & over. No ribbons will be given.
ENTRYLIMITS:Swimmersmayenterfour(4)eventsperday.Thenumberofnon-KYAswimmers acceptedintothemeet willbe limitedatthediscretionof KYA,Inc.andincompliancewithUKfacility restraintsandUSA/KYSwimmingtimelinerestrictions.Timelinesscompletenessofentrysubmission aswellasthewillingnesstosupplyofficialswillbetakenintoconsideration.Allevents400andlonger maybe limitedtotheTop60Swimmers.KentuckyAquaticsreservestherighttoaddtwoheats (exhibition)oftheirownswimmersto400andlongerevents.Dueto limitedseatingin theupstairs balcony,thismeetwillbeheldtoa700swimmercap.
