Each application is reviewed to ensure the dog will be a good match for your home environment and lifestyle. A great deal of effort was put into rescuing the dog you are about to foster and we want to make sure it is a perfect fit for you and your family. After submitting an application, we will require proof of residence.

TERMS OF FOSTERING
To keep this dog(s) in my personal possession and to provide proper and sufficient food, water, shelter, grooming and humane treatment at all times.
To procure veterinary care at once if this dog becomes sick or injured, and to keep current all vaccinations as recommended by the foster dog’s veterinarian.
To obey any and all animal control regulations governing the area in which I live at.
Not to sell, trade ownership, abandon, or dispose of this dog(s) in any way, but to notify Ginger’s Pet Rescue if I must relinquish custody of the dog(s). This includes release to family members.
To allow Ginger’s Pet Rescue to examine the dog(s) and it’s living conditions, and to surrender it to said person for return if the conditions are found unsatisfactory.
To assume full responsibility for this dog(s) actions, including any damage done by this dog(s).
All the information I have given above is true and complete. I have also read and agree with the Terms of Fostering. This dog(s) will reside in my home as a pet. I will provide it with adequate food, water, shelter, training, affection and medical care. I understand the temperament; health, habits and physical condition can’t be guaranteed. I understand that it is my responsibility to see and evaluate thedog for myself. I am in full agreement with these terms of foster care. Ginger’s Pet Rescue is in no way liable or responsible for any damage, accident or injury resulting from the placement ofdogs into my household.
