Basketball Concessions

Schedule should be finalized by next meeting. Beth Hallauer will prepare volunteer sign-up sheets for boys and girls basketball and will consult with AD to determine any special event nights. Decision was made to investigate buying a pretzel warmer and a microwave to increase efficiency. Discussion to divide the waiting line space using folded up tables to move people through more quickly during busy periods.

AfterProm - Preliminary discussion/ideas

Date: May 20, 2016 @ Antioch Shrine

The decision regarding the proposal to move AfterProm to Scene 75 this year was tabled to the next meeting because there are still too many questions unanswered about the feasibility. PWC leadership will visit Scene 75 at a date set by JoEllen with Scene 75 rep Erica Ems. Following that visit we will receive a quote and will make a decision at the October meeting about venue.

Prom theme will be finalized by Student Senate in December

Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm. Next meeting is Wednesday, October 26 at 7:00pm in the THS Commons
