Since 1958, Cape Coral real estate agents have been assisting in the purchase and sale of homes in the Cape. But until now, home buyers and sellers have had to rely on the “grapevine” or “a friend of a friend” to select a good REALTOR®. The Royal Palm Coast Association of Realtors® new Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist (ACCRS) Designation eliminates this anxiety. REALTORS® with the ACCRS Designation have the education; commitment and experience to make your dream of home ownership in Cape Coral come true.
The ACCRS (Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist) Designation, administered by the Royal Palm Coast Association of Realtors® is open to REALTOR® members only. Courses attended include Cape history, code enforcement, zoning and planning, community redevelopment and an overview of those things that make Cape life unique. Some of these consist of our grid street system, waterways, communities, schools and animal life. Classes prepare REALTORS® to answer questions about Cape Coral that make the difference for that perfect home purchase.
Patrick Quinlan, a ACCRS graduate remarked, “I have learned so much from participating in this program. The ACCRS course has helped me be a better agent - whether I’m listing or selling property in the City.” Designated ACCRS REALTORS® must be experienced. A minimum of 2 years “selling the Cape” is required for each graduate from the program.
