PLC ACTION PLAN

As each PLC continues developing its action plan, the following concepts should guide its work.

Inquire: Use data to identify student’ academic achievement.
Align: Select a core standard which needs improvement. / Collaborate: Share, discuss, model, and compare instructional practices to ensure all students learn.
Assess: Develop and implement formative and summative assessments to monitor students’ progress. / Focus on Results: Determine which students need additional help and implement interventions to increase learning.
Celebrate Progress: Continue to improve instruction and measure progress throughout the year.
