Professional staff

/ 2015-16 This did not occur. Due to time constraints, staff was not introduced to the standards early in the year. This would have made it difficult for staff to observe since they would not have known what to look for. As staff members become better acquainted with the standards, priority will be given to school observations in the future. Move action step to 2017-18.
2016-17 This did not occur. There were five new teachers and veteran teachers were mentors. Visiting other schools was not a priority. The teachers discussed this goal at the end of the year and determined that visiting other schools would be of value to see how technology is being integrated and what systems schools are using that are on a limited budget.
