**The Office Manager position was filled under exigent circumstances. Our Office Manager died in her sleep unexpectedly on January 3rd. Since the position is the center of our business, the position needed to be filled as soon as possible. Training was expected to take a minimum of 4 weeks. Since we cross-train our employees, we had a back-up. However, the back-up was also the combined Program Director/News Director. We needed to fill the position immediately.
