• Which system(s) do you use to manage children and adults social care?

The OLM System CareFirst is the social care system used for both adults and children’s. This system also integrates with Documentum which is the Solution for the electronic social care record.

• When do your contracts expire for these systems?

Carefirst contract expires 31st March 2018

• Who is the head of service for children’s social care and adults social care?

Sue Lightup, Strategic Director, Community Health & Social Care
