Michael Stutz is a versatile and well-rounded consultant with more than two decades of PeopleSoft experience. He has filled both Functional and Technical roles throughout his career. His combination of in-depth functional understanding and senior technical talent presents as a unique resource, bridging the gap between the functional and technical aspects of any effort. Michael is capable of fully functional roles performing analysis, business process reengineering, fit-gap analysis, data mapping, data modeling, requirements gathering, specification, testing and creating/delivering training. In contrast: he is equally capable with complex fully technical roles utilizing the latest PeopleSoft technologies, often applying these skills to enhance his performance on fully functional roles.
His responsibilities have included participation in multiple full system lifecycles: providing technical, functional, and leadership expertise to clients. He has worked in numerous environments and industries with focus on PeopleSoft products starting with version 2.11 through the current versions. He has worked with nearly all of the PeopleSoft modules including HCM, Campus Solutions, CRM & Financials and is intimately familiar with the data models of both HCM and Campus Solutions. Michael is good with documentation and enjoys producing effective functional and technical specification documents, test plans and scripts, and even training and desktop reference manual materials.
Michael has been involved with the PeopleSoft, products and their associated business processes since 1993. He has developed on all database platforms supported, worked with nearly every release and has experience with all aspects of system lifecycles: from selection to implementation, and on through maintenance, production support, patch application and version upgrades. Deeply involved in the PeopleSoft community, Michael is a volunteer with OHUG and regularly gives presentations.
