(12)  APPOINTMENTS TO CVCOG COMMITTEES - Requesting the following appointments to the CVCOG Solid Waste Advisory Committee:

Judge Ralph Sides, Sterling County

Judge Andrew Murr, Kimble County

(13)  REVIEW & COMMENT on the following applications:

·  Kiser Iron Works via the City of Eden’s Economic Development Corporation to the U.S. Department of Agriculture – Rural Development Intermediary Relending Program in the amount of $37,500 (See Attachment F).

·  Millersview-Doole Water Supply Corporation to the U.S. Department of Agriculture – Rural Development Community Facilities Loans and Grants Program in the amount of $100,000 for the purchase of new maintenance vehicles and equipment (See Attachment G).

·  Lohn Water Supply Corporation to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund - American Recovery and Reinvestment Act in the amount of $10,165,000 to meet Federal requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act (See Attachment H).

(14)  CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL of Resolution 09-13 in support of 2009 SAFETEA-LU Reauthorization requesting Congress to formally recognize RPO's,and provide resources for these entities to continue regional planning activities (See Attachment I).
