Hello Mr. Holm,

I was recently made aware of the great opportunity to host guest rooms for your June 2017 meet and a Coaches Clinic in September. We would truly love to have you and your athletes and coaches at the downtown Tri-Properties. I am aware there is also a sponsorship opportunity, which I will begin that process internally with our Executive staff. Do you have a schedule of sponsorship levels or contribution amounts?

In the meantime, I wanted to provide you with the discounted Group Rates available at each property as shown below.

For a “grab-and-go” breakfast option all three hotels have a great coffee/breakfast kiosk. We are able to create a discounted menu item specifically for your athletes or build the breakfast into the rate, typically $5-$10 additional per day depending on the number of occupants in each room.

Meeting space for up to 150 people would be offered on a complimentary basis. Do you know if a per-person or total budget has been set for that catering event?
