Dear Wrestling Club:
The Missouri/USA Wrestling Rookie and 6 & Under State Championship Tournament is right around the corner. Blue Chip Wrestling is the official supplier of the 2016 Rookie and 6 & Under State Wrestling Championships. We are offering custom printing with your state team on the back of the state shirts. Time is crucial in ordering, so follow the directions below:
Collect Orders – Gather names (see form pg. 3), get sizes and totals for shirts and double check your sizes before sending in order form.
Send in Order Form - Using the attached form, email your order to us at or fax it to 816-222-0588. ALL FAXED ORDERS MUST BE TYPED OR THEY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. We also need a copy of your club’s tax exemption certificate, or we will need to add sales tax (6.725%) to your invoice. Orders must be received by NOON on Friday, January 22nd to complete them in time for the Rookie and 6 & Under State Tournament. Remember to check the names for spelling mistakes.
Order Confirmation - We will contact you via email to confirm your order. If we have not contacted you by 5:00pm Monday, January 25th, please contact us at 816-832-4579 or .
Once your order has been confirmed no changes can be made! If a new order is necessary, there will be a minimum of 12 pieces
Payment & Delivery - Use the attached pricing guide to calculate the cost of your order. We will email you a Sales Order for approval before proceeding with any custom printing. You may pay with a club check, cashiers check or money order but a credit card must be obtained to start your order. Blue Chip would prefer payment by credit card.

Pricing Tips – For pricing, add the price of the shirt ($15 or $20) to the price of the print based on your total order quantity using the prices listed on page 2. For example, if you are ordering 30 short sleeved t-shirts with Wrestlers Names, your total order will be:
$15.00 S/S t-shirt + $ 3.00 printing = $18.00 each
$18.00 x 30 S/S t-shirts = $540.00
$540.00 + 6.725% sales tax if applicable = $576.32
