·  Offertory Collections last weekend amounted to €368.42

·  Don’t forget clocks go back one hour this weekend. All evening masses in the parish will be at 7.30pm.

·  Next Tuesday 1st November is the Feast of all Saints and is a holy day of obligation. Wednesday the 2nd November is All Souls Day, Commemoration of the faithful departed.

·  Next Friday is the first Friday of the month. Holy Communion calls will be on Friday 4th November at the usual times.

·  Please return your November envelopes in order to be included in the November masses beginning on All Souls Day Wed Nov 2nd. There will also be special masses each week during the month of November when we remember and pray for our Dead.

·  The chiropodist will attend the Portmagee community centre on Thurs 3rd Nov. For appointment phone the centre 066-9477200 or Kathleen on 087-6451909.

·  Station mass in the home of Gerard & Patricia Kennedy on Thurs 3rd Nov at 7pm for Ahaneboy, Aghada, Emlaghpeiste, Cilloluaig & Cappawee.

·  Action Breast Cancer Fundraiser. Ladies in pink. Ballinskelligs Hall Friday Nov 4th at 8pm. Wine & savouries & fun for all. Lots of spot prizes and giveaways on the night. Please support & donate to this worthy cause.

·  The annual mass for relations of those who died in Kerry General Hospital during the year will be held in the hospital Chapel ‘Christ the Healer’ on Mon 7th Nov at 7.30pm.

·  The Irish Blood Transfusion blood donor clinic will be in Coláiste na Sceilge, Cahiricveen on Wed 2nd Nov 5.00pm – 8.30pm. Give blood and help us cope with the increasing demand from hospitals and patients in the region. For more information call 1850 731 137.

·  Cahiricveen Library is currently located at the Gala Shopping Centre Cahirciveen. No fines will be charged on books returned before Sat 3rd Nov.
