PART 1: Reaches/Stretches (0 - #3:31)

Hips RLRL, add ribs opposition LRLR, add shoulders LRLR, Reach overhead RL C 5 6, Circle arm/twist torso RL C 7 8. Release back & undulate back 2X 8 C.

Releve w/ arms overhead and circle arms thru sides w/ a demi plie to overhead & open chest to ceiling C1 - 4, clasp hands and roll to floor C5 - 8. Release arms, gran plie C1-4, straighten legs and release back C5- 8. Demi plie 2X C1 - 4 (single count demi, single count to straighten), rollup C5 - 8(WP do Flat Back after clasp).

Do entire sequence in parallel, 1st(#1:06), 2nd (#1:55), and wide parallel (2:44) positions.

PART 2: Lateral Stretch/Circles (#3:32)

a) Stretch R C 1 - 4 Shift ribs LRLR Center. Rpt starting L.

b) Rpt ‘a’ with hips shift RLRL Center. Rpt starting L.

c) Stretch R 2C, L 2C, Circle R C567 shift ribs RLR C & 8 &, Rpt pattern starting L & shift ribs LRL. Do entire sequence 2X.

d) Stretch RLRL w/ demi plie C 1 - 4, Circle torso R in demi plie C5 6, circle hips

L C 7 8. Rpt pattern starting L & circle hips R. Do entire sequence 2X.

Do entire Part 2 in wide parallel (6th position).

PART 3: Plies (#5:10)

2 demi plies w/ second plie w/ back contraction, 2 gran plies w/ arms in 2nd position (sides) on 1st gran plie and port de bras frwrd on 2nd gran plie, Releve w/ arms overhead, forced arch/heels/straighten C 5 6 & 7, transition C 8 to the next position. Do entire pattern in parallel, 1st, 2nd, 5th R and 5th L positions.

PART 4: Legs/Feet/Lunges (#6:30)

From 5nd position - Brush/degaje 2C, 2 dbl X heel lift C 3 4, Brush/degaje to Lunge C 5 6 w/ arm release/swing to return/balance and close 5th position C 7 8. Do FSB, Brush/degaje side 2X slow X, 4 X dbl X alternating closing FB FBFB. Do R, L.

PART 5: Tag/Chasse Turns (#7:35)

Step touch R step touch L, Chasse R w/ arm swing/circle, Rpt starting L; Rpt entire sequence w/ chaine turn. Conclude w/lunge to R & arm circle.
