Spelling Menu A
Type ‘Em - Type all of your spelling words on the computer or on a typewriter. Print out the sheet, and tape into your spelling book./ ABC Order - Write your words in alphabetical order.
/ Colorful Words - Use two different color pencils to write your spelling words. Use one color to write the consonants and the other for the vowels.
Flash Cards – Use index cards or slips of paper and make a set of flash cards to study your words. Bring the flash cards to school. Please put your name on the back of each card.
/ Rainbow words – Write each word in pencil and then "Rainbow" your words by tracing over your words with different colors. / 3x each – Write each word 3x each.

/ Scramble – Scramble your spelling words and have a friend try to unscramble them.
