SHOW RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. The competitions will be run under current British Showjumping Rules.
2. The organisers reserve the right to alter classes with prior arrangement/permission from British Showjumping, cancel the Show and refuse any entries or entry to the show ground without explanation.
3. It shall be deemed a condition of entry that the organisers, the landowners and his agents shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to competitors, onlookers, their property, servants or horses and ponies, howsoever caused and that each entrant agrees to indemnify them against any legal action arising there from.
4. No entry will be accepted without the correct entry fee, and are confined to Registered Horses, to be ridden by members in accordance with British Show Jumping Rule 79.
5. Cancellations and refund of entry fees will be made in accordance with British Showjumping Rule 79.6.
6. British Showjumping Rule 76.6 may be applied in the event of insufficient starters,
7. Hats are to be worn in accordance with British Show Jumping Rule 101.
8. All dogs must be kept on leads.
9. No lungeing.
10. Please do not skip out lorries or trailers into the car park.
11. The decision of the Judge is final. All objections must be accompanied by a £100.00 cash deposit, and must be accordance with British Showjumping Rule 198.
12. The Organisers reserve the right to close the first Class half an hour after the start of the Class, and after the first Horse/Pony has entered the Ring in all subsequent Classes.
13. No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete, in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury (Rule 82.20).
Qualified First Aiders on site. Medical cover in accordance with rule 73.8e.

The first 8 horses qualify for the final, held at the Blue Chip Winter Championships. Qualification does not pass down the line. Qualifiers must jump clear in the first round.
