Instructions

  1. The final project report should be submitted in both electronic and printed versions
  2. This template provides guidance (in square [..] brackets) on the information which should be included in each section. You may add more points on each section as you may find necessary.
  3. The final report should include photos to be used published on the EEP website and other related publications, Background Information Document (BID) used for project information dissemination, a brief leaflet concerning the project main outputs and the financial audit report
  4. All documents related to the project prepared by the Company for promotional, informative or any other purposes will have to include the legend “Project financed/co-financed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland and the Austrian Development Cooperation” and the EEP-S&EA logo].
  5. The final report should be prepared as a narrative document (in this template) and a financial report in a separate MS Excel file which must consist of two worksheets namely financial report and variation report.
  6. An invoice for the final payment should be issued by the Company after receiving written approval of the; final report and project audit report submitted by an independent audit firm.

Executive Summary

5Financial Report

5.1Project Expenditures

[The financial report should be based on the original budget presented in the project full proposal and therefore the linkages between the two must be very clear. All expenses not indicated in the project’s budget will not be covered.]
