Draw for heat-race starting spots – heats will have 8 or less cars so teams can race to the front…

Sail Panels PERMITTEDweekly - conventional body rules based on 2004 DIRT standard. Two sail panels permitted - 68 inches maximum height from the ground. Must be even from side to side.
- Tires: American Racer RR 48 min. LR 44 min. 33 or harder on the front. NO TIRE STAMP REQUIRED!
Standard chassis, body and safety specs per 2004 DIRTcar rules
Big-blocks (over 361 c.i.): 2,500 lbs. Small-blocks (max. 361 c.i.): 2,400 lbs.
NO wheel covers may be held on by dzeus buttons or similar type fasteners. Only wheel covers that are bolted to the beadlock directly or are part of the beadlock will be permitted. No plastic wheel covers will be permitted. Foam inserts are permitted.
Entry fee: $15(all money collected in entry fee will go to positions 2nd through 10 in final Summer Slam Points. You can track the entry money to be paid out simply by multiplying by the car count at each race!)
A Free American Racer Tire will be given away to a randomly drawn driver at each Sunday Summer Slam event for Modifieds.
- The top three finishing Open Sportsman (on 2 barrel carb.) will receive the following bonuses:
1st across the line - $150 – 2nd $125 – 3rd $100
- The top finishing Crate Sportsman will earn a $125 bonus in Memory of Reta and James Whitman. If no Crate Sportsman qualifies there will be a drawing for the bonus.
Summer Slam/Fight Night Street Stocks – 25 Laps
Rules will be based on Fight Night Series Rules.
Line ups will be done by a draw- re-draw format…
25 green-flag laps – points will be awarded for each series.
$650 to win…Heats – 8 laps – Consolations – tba
There will be one $15 entry to go in to the Summer Slam Final Point Fund. No Fight Night entry fee.
Fantastic Five FWD Four Cylinder - 20 Laps
Standard Five Mile Point Four Cylinder rules apply for FWD - no racing tires on FWD
Drivers must be 14 years of age - proof of age is required
Heats - 6 laps
- All cars will start the feature…If over 30 cars, two features will be run…
- FWD Cars only…$400 to win…- $15 driver entry for this event goes toward point fund total.
Wingless Sprint Cars - 25 Laps
- Engine Options: GM 602 Crate – maximum 750 cfm. Holley carb. –
“open 358” max. 500 cfm Holley 4412 carb. –
Racesaver 305 legal
“LS option” – 5.3 maximum size. May convert to carburetion, or may leave factory, unaltered injection. Max. 750 Holley carb. May swap camshaft but all other internal parts must remain stock.
Fuel – gas or alcohol permitted. Minimum weight 1,575 lbs.
$400 to win – there will be a $15 entry fee which will go back to Summer Slam top ten in points.
Sunday Slam For Xcel 600 Modifieds – 20 Laps
Rules will be based on weekly Xcel 600 Modified rules.
Line ups will be done by a draw/ re-draw format.

$250 to win - $400 to win if 24 or more cars start the qualifying heat races.
