Slide 1: We now turn our attention to the Karatbars Marketing Plan and their brilliant Compensation Model. We will also reveal a strategy specifically designed to compliment this plan in a very dynamic way.

Slide 2: But first, we want to reveal one of the many reasons we are engaged with Karatbars. Many experts are agreeing that there is coming the greatest transfer of wealth in history and Karatbars gives the everyday person the opportunity to be a part of it. When you establish a storehouse of gold with your free Karatbars Gold Savings Account, you can also participate in this transfer of wealth! The main mission of Karatbars is to first, save money in real money, gold and then second, make money as we show others a better way to save! This will protect their wealth as they save!

Slide 3: We’ve covered the Company and Product. Let’s now focus on the income you can earn. This marketing plan has established Karatbars as one of the fastest growing companies in the world. There are seven components but for now, we will focus on just three of these: the Unilevel Bonus plus the Direct-Package and Dual Team Bonuses.

Slide 4: The Dual System Pay Plan consists of the Unilevel Bonus and the Dual Team Bonus. Here’s a quick summary and then we’ll give a little more detail. The Unilevel provides monthly residual income and is free to participate in. When you join you are automatically placed into it; no purchase is required. This is paid out monthly and is made up of your personal referrals and those that they refer. The Unilevel has 12 levels or ranks to it and is based on points that come from the purchases of gold and other products from your entire organization and you can earn up to 6%. We will also look at the Dual Team Bonus that brings weekly cash flow. This includes everyone from your Unilevel plus those coming in from your sponsor and others above you. It generates two teams; one on your left and one on the right and is paid out weekly as residual income. You are paid two ways here: with Package bonuses based on a percentage of their cost and Dual Team bonuses based on Units that are accumulated. And, your teams can be built not only by those below you but at times, though certainly no guarantee, also by others coming from above you who will be placed into your left and right teams.

Slide 5: Here’s more detail on the Unilevel which is made up of those you personally enroll with their free Gold Savings Account and all of those that come in through the efforts of your team. From Supervisor to Gold Director, you can earn up to 6% on purchases from your direct referrals. You also have an opportunity to earn from the purchases coming from the entire organization if your rank is at least one rank higher than the others in your team. Now every 2 Euros equals 1 Point. You achieve these positions based on these points in your organization and receive commissions on a percentage of your team’s purchases based on these ranks with some qualifications. Slide 6: We now detail the optional Dual Team Bonus where we build two teams underneath us; one on the Left, one on the Right. To qualify for the Dual Team Bonus, you acquire just one time, one of the Business Pkgs. There is no monthly purchase requirement that you have to fulfill. This Dual Team pays you two ways: through Direct Package Purchase Bonuses made by those you directly enroll and through Dual Team Bonuses that come from those you refer plus all others coming below you into your two teams.

Slide 7: Now you can acquire a Business Pkg. one of two ways: First option: During the first six weeks of becoming a registered affiliate with Karatbars, new affiliates have the opportunity to earn Double Income (30€) from the direct sale of all products within our specialty 3D product line.

Slide 8: You can then convert your Double Income towards the Business Pkgs. as shown here all the way up to a VIP Pkg.

Slide 9: The Second option is to do a Fast Start purchase of one of the four Pkgs. Most people purchase a business package outright so they can get started earning right away. The pkgs. contain product samples and marketing and business tools that include various amounts of gold bullion plus Bonus and Discount cards. It’s important to know that the Package you acquire also determines the amount of money you earn. The prices shown here in Euros can fluctuate depending on the price of gold. The VIP Pkg. has 3 grams of gold, the Gold pkg. has 2 grams, the Silver, 1 gr. of gold and the Bronze has just .1 gram of gold. You can also upgrade to a higher pkg. at any time.

Slide 10: To understand how you are paid with the Dual Team, every product that Karatbars offers has a Unit value. When someone on your team obtains a product, units are earned by you plus everyone above you in the upline! When you have a total of 50 units on one team and 25 units on the other, this creates what is called a Dual Team Payout and you receive commissions. We’ll take a closer look at this in a minute.

Slide 11: Now this is how you are paid on the Direct Pkg. Purchase Bonus which comes from those you directly sponsor when they acquire one of these four Pkgs. The pricing in Euros can fluctuate based on gold pricing and the USD price will change based on the EU/USD exchange rate, which we are showing at 1.12%. The next column shows the direct commission percentage you earn when any of your personal referrals obtain a pkg. If you yourself bought a Silver pkg., you earn 10% on any pkg. that they receive; if you have a gold pkg., you are paid 15% and if you have a VIP, you earn 20%. For example: You have a Gold Pkg. and are earning 15% on all pkgs. acquired by your direct referrals. If they obtain a VIP, you earn 15% of the €2000 or €300. If you have a VIP pkg., you are earning 20%. If they get a VIP you earn 20% of the €2000 or €400.

Slide 12: Here’s a visual of the Direct Pkg. Bonus at work: You have a VIP Pkg. and enroll Tom on your left team who acquires a Gold. As a VIP you earn 20% Direct Commission on the Gold Pkg. price of €790 which is €156. Then you enroll Sue on you right team with a VIP and earn 20% of €2000 and receive €400 for a total of €556.

Slide 13: The Dual Team Bonus works like this: The four Packages each have their own number of Units that are credited to you when these are acquired by others and fall under you on your left and right teams. It doesn’t matter who sponsored them or if they came under you from someone above or below you. Once you have a package, these Units begin to accumulate under you. Every Bronze Pkg. has 5 Units; the Silver 20, Gold pkg. 50 Units and the VIP 100. So, if someone below you on your left team gets a Gold pkg., you are credited with 50 Units. When there are 25 Units on one side, let’s say your left team and 50 Units on your right side you are paid a Dual Team Payout according to the Pkg. that you personally have. For example, if you acquired a Gold pkg. you are paid €60; if you have a VIP, you receive €80. And, there is no limit to the number of times that you can get paid each day.

Slide 14: Here’s a visual of the Dual Team Pay: You recall this example of you with a VIP pkg. and you invited Tom and Sue to join you. Tom has a Gold Pkg. on your left team and Sue a VIP on your right. Remember, a Dual Team Payout happens when there are 25 Units on one side, let’s say your left and 50 Units on your right. Tom’s Gold pkg. gives you and everyone upline from you 50 Units on your left Team and Sue’s VIP, 100 Units on your right. So, you are ready to be paid several times. 50 Units are always subtracted from the side with the most Units. Since there are 100 Units on the right, 50 Units are deducted from there and 25 from the Left for a Dual Payout that pays you €80 as a VIP. Then, you still have 50 on the right and 25 on the left for another €80. These two give you a total of €160. And remember, you also earned the Direct Pkg. Bonus when they obtained their Business Pkgs. giving you a total of €716.

Slide 15: This Dual Team Bonus actually pays on Units down to infinity. Very aggressive. Therefore, it is necessary for the Company to put some limits on this pay starting on the 10th payout. Sorry to say, but you are limited to 180,000 Dual Team Payouts per week. I believe most people can get along ok with that.

Slide 16: Another fascinating aspect of this Dual Team is the way it can be built below you in three different ways. Here you are brought in by your sponsor Dan. Now the First way is with people you personally refer. Very typical. Secondly, with people that they, your team, brings in. Again, pretty standard. But the third way is from people above you, from your support team, including your sponsor! There are no guarantees that this will take place but it is possible. But why would this happen? Why is this part of the design of the Dual Team? Because everyone upline receives the benefit of all the Units below them. You can earn on units down to infinity below you! And, you earn units on every bit of gold, products and packages acquired in your ENTIRE group! You never lose any units until they are paid on! And on top of this, remember, everyone you bring in lands in both your Dual Team and your Unilevel. You can be compensated on both simultaneously! Slide 17: Now every week we get paid on our private issued Master Card debit card. This card can be used world-wide wherever MC is accepted. Do you know what it takes to procure a private issue card such as this? The compliance and regulation issues that are involved? Only real legitimate companies have these. In Karatbars, we have the company, we have the credibility, and we have the products to ensure longevity and success for years to come.

Slide 19: At the beginning of our presentation, we mentioned a strategy that was specifically designed to complement this plan in a very dynamic way. Now we will put the spotlight on that; our Power Leg Momentum Strategy to reveal how the Dual Team Pay was actually designed with this particular strategy in mind.

Slide 20: This Power Leg Strategy was designed to accelerate the Dual Team Pay with Karatbars. The momentum this creates helps to build strong teams very quickly! How? You can receive support directly from others and have the opportunity for them to help you build your team when they also use this same strategy! When you engage in this with the Dual Team Pay Plan, you will understand how these two components work synergistically together and can help build a very strong business!

Slide 21: Remember that the Business Packages have various Units associated with it. The Bronze 5 Units, the Silver 20, the Gold pkg. 50 and the VIP 100 Units.

Slide 22: To picture this Strategy, remember you have two teams with your Dual Team: a Left and a Right, or two legs. In this example, the left team is your Power Leg and the right, your Pay leg. Here you are with a VIP Pkg. at the top of your Dual Team because someone else enrolled you. In the Back Office of their Website they have what is called a Placement Setting. If they had it set to Left Placement, you came in on their left team. Now, for you to take advantage of activity coming from above you, you will also set your Placement Setting to the left. When those above you employ this same strategy and enroll others you will begin to see your left side build since there will be people coming under you from those above you. This Left Placement forces everyone they bring in to come down the left outside line of your Left Team. This is how we build a community power leg. You can be receiving help from those above you---new members coming in underneath you from those who are above you several levels up!

Now here’s the reason we use this Strategy: a Dual Team Payout happens when there are 25 Units on one team and 50 on the other. And, the 50 Units are always taken from the team or side with the most Units. Of course, it‘s easier to produce 25 Units for a payout than 50. So, this strategy enables you to build one of your two teams, in this example your left, as the community power leg where the 50 Units are going to be taken from. This can build your power leg to a point of strong momentum. The goal is to build it so strong with so many units that you will never have to focus on this side again and will only need to focus on your right leg or pay leg where you are paid every time there are just 25 Units coming in. Our strategy is to work as a team to build this momentum together! This can happen because everyone upline receives the benefit of all the Units below them. You earn units down to infinity! Though no guarantees, this has the potential to create perpetual team building with the goal of Dual Team payouts daily!

In this example, we all agree to bring in three people with VIP Pkgs. or enough people with pkgs. that generates at least 300 Units on our left. We don’t start building on the right until we bring in at least 300 Units on the left. This ensures that there will be enough volume to create momentum for ourselves and everyone else. Once we get the equivalent of 300 total Units in, we can then move our focus to our right side. But initially you are using the power of team leverage on your left leg from the very first day--a team working together creating momentum and a lot of excitement. In fact, I let everyone know when there are others coming in, that they will receive the benefit of those Units plus any additional Units if these new people bring in others also. When people realize this, they will want to come in ASAP so that they don’t lose out on all the Units that will fall beneath them. So now, you have more and more people contributing their efforts together to produce more Units. And it gets better! All those under you on your left leg also have a right leg that will be their pay leg. Will they be motivated to build there! Of course! So, in this example, after every team member works together by putting their three VIPs or 300 total Units on the left, they then change their placement setting to their right, on their pay legs. You can see how this can create momentum so that you may never have to focus on that left side or power leg again; your total focus and efforts can be on your right side or pay leg where you will be paid every time there are just 25 Units coming in.
