· Complimentary tea or coffee for your guests on arrival at the hotel
(for parties of 80 & over)
· Beautiful surroundings suitable for photographs, inside & outside
· Colour co-ordinated napkins: the colour of napkins where possible will be co-ordinated & supplied to match your chosen colour scheme
· White linen napkins may be ordered in advance: the current cost of hire may be quoted at the time of ordering
· White or cream chair covers and a selection of co-ordinating sashes are also available at a cost of £3.00 per chair.
· The hotel can also provide a table centre package @ £7.50 per table (mirror with tall vase placed in the centre and small candles reflected around it: the vase will have a suitable colour co-ordinated flower in it).
· Starlight Backdrop and Starlight table skirt available: the current cost of hire may be quoted at the time of ordering.
· Should you require the arrangements of further table décor such as table runners, confetti, candles, favours and so forth, a small charge may be incurred depending on how much there is: it should be noted that alcoholic favours must be agreed with hotel.
· Late extension licence availability
· Those wedding guests resident in the hotel only, may avail of the Night Porter’s Bar until 3.00am
· Our Bridal Suite on the night of the wedding for the Bride & Groom compliments of the hotel (this applies to wedding receptions of 80 persons & over)
· Reduced rates on overnight accommodation are available for the first 10 rooms booked by your guests: should overnight accommodation be required: it is advised to book rooms early to avoid disappointment. Advance payment in full is required to secure all accommodation reservations

Terms & Conditions
A provisional booking for your Wedding Reception will be held for 14 days, after which unconfirmed bookings will be automatically released.
The hotel will require a non–refundable deposit of £500.00 to confirm your booking.
An approximate number of guests attending your Wedding Reception should be furnished when the initial booking is being made: a revised number is requested one month before your Wedding Day and final numbers must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the Reception. The final figure is the minimum number of meals for which you will be invoiced.
Two months prior to your Wedding Day, 50% of the estimated account is required. The remaining balance must be settled in full at least 24 hours prior to the Wedding Reception, by bankers draft, cash or debit card. Payment by cheque cannot be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with management at least 3 weeks beforehand.
Any incidentals incurred on the day must be settled prior to departure from the hotel on the day of or morning following the Wedding Reception.
