Instructions:

  • Complete the top section with your organization’s information.
  • Applicants mustanswer allfive (5) questions listed.
  • Applicants may remove the questions however; each response must be properly numbered 1 – 5.
  • The LOI Narrative must be submitted in Word. Do not save as a PDF.

Format requirements:

  • LOIs may not exceed three (3) pages in length and must be submitted in Times New Roman, 12 point font with 1 inch margins and single line spacing. The header may be removed.
  • If LOIs exceed 3pages in length, only the first 3 pages will be reviewed.
  • The instructions sheet does not count towards the page limit. You may remove/delete the Instructions sheet prior to submitting.

  1. Briefly describe your proposed program and explain how it aligns with Enterprise program priorities. Explain how the proposed program addresses your organizational capacity needs as well as how it addresses the needs of low-income families (defined as 80% AMI or lower).

  1. Is addressing or planning to address racial equity in a significant and impactful manner (e.g., Identify the current equity challenges to your current programs, systems, and communities. Describe current or planned initiatives advancing racial equity, and/or proposed or ongoing changes to internal policies and processes. You may also include desired short- and long-term outcomes related to racial equity to help reviewers understand the aims of your efforts); or
  2. As applicable, identify organizational capacity building needs around racial equity and describes how the grant will address those needs.
