Where all the examiners are in agreement and make the same recommendation above, the Independent Resubmission Report and Recommendation Forms provided by each examiner shall constitute a final report, which will be forwarded to the University Research Degrees Sub-Committee for consideration. Where minor modifications have been recommended, the signed Examiner’s Final Declaration Form from the appropriate examiner(s), confirming that all amendments have been carried out satisfactorily, will be appended to the Independent Resubmission Report and Recommendations.

Where examiners are not in agreement, the individual reports will be forwarded to the University Research Degrees Sub-Committee, who will determine what action to take in accordance with Regulation 5.19.
