She asked that if anyone was available to help Wednesday (Feb. 27th) that she is having a “Cut & Trim” Party in the PTO Office starting at 8AM. Questions were raised about the ratio method used to determine Box Tops class winners. Erika said that she would look into and try using both ratio versus class count methods. She also noted that all information would be put on the current MEMS PTO website.

*Kim Cowdrey stated that the Spirit Store is still open every Friday during student lunch periods. She noted that we always could use volunteers to help (10:30AM-12:30PM). Lastly, she also said that there are McCool t-shirts and umbrellas still available for purchase!

*Kim Crowdrey inquired about the Spaghetti Dinner/Basket Auction. It was stated that the event was not going to happen.

*Kim Cowdrey stated that we still need volunteers for the Science Fair scheduled for April 1-3.!

*Kim Cowdrey said that the Drama Club would not take place this school year and would be delayed until next school year because of the time-frame involved and that we have not received a response from Mr. Chop as of yet!
