Subject: Vindictive action by DOT opted ITS officer Sh KN Rai DGM (MS-Admn), Patna creating unhealthy atmosphere of work in Bihar- association seeks disciplinary action and immediate repatriation to DOT.
Dear Sir,
It is well known fact that Sh K N Rai DGM (MS-Admn), Patna is habitual of creating problem for the BSNL officers by enforcing his irrational decision with vested interest and if any fails to fall in line with him he resorts to vindictive action. He is one of the DoT Opted ITS officers; it appears that he is not in proper state of mind for the business prospective of BSNL in Bihar Telecom Circle. May be he is not happy to be in BSNL since he already opted DoT from his discussion board postings one can clearly inferring that he is forcibly retained in BSNL. Recently he is deliberately indulged in unproductive and anti business activities in Bihar Circle with the absorbed officers and issued dies-non to 22 absorbed executives in mass and lodged false FIR against circle office bearers of executive associations without the proper permission and intimation to CGM, Bihar which is self explanatory of his unsound mind which is not conducive for the good working atmosphere of BSNL in Bihar.
It is needless to mention that BSNL board has retained unabsorbed ITS despite clear order from DOT to repatriate them immediately, just to maintain the affairs and healthy atmosphere of work in BSNL till contingency is meted out. But implication of retaining such unwilling officers like Sh K N Rai after repatriation order may worsen the situation in BSNL and requires another exigency plan for BSNL.
There has been good amount of drama before CGMT office Patna for past 2 days and still continuing which is badly affecting business activity of our beloved company due to Sh. K N Rai, DGM(MS-Admn) who did not appear to be in sound mind.
I request your honor to kindly intervene in the matter to issue the repatriation order of Sh K N Rai, DGM (MS-Admn)immediately to save the already volatile situation of Bihar Circle. Because, each passing hour is deepening the crisis and definitely going against the interest of BSNL, Bihar Circle as a whole. We also request your good self to repatriate all ITS officers who have opted for DOT to its earliest;otherwise we are afraid that such type of situation may spreadthroughout the country. Any such situation will be suicidal for the BSNL. It is much better option to maintain the affair of BSNL with available absorbed and direct recruited executives of BSNL.
Yours faithfully
(R.P. Shahu)
