Dear Parents,

We have compiled a list of items to be sourced for each role in the 2016 performance. If there is a ## next to the item then school will provide this and it will be sent home with your child.

We ask that you encourage your child to take responsibility for these items and return them in the week following the performance [Friday November 25th]. Some items have been loaned from another school, some donated, some have been purchased and some will be made by our small team of ‘Sewing Mums’! If anyone would like to join, there are plenty of jobs!] Huge thanks to the four Mums who have so far volunteered – there is now a list of jobs!!

We are trying to be as sustainable as possible and reduce cost wherever possible so we encourage you to borrow or go Op Shopping or buy cheaply at places like Kmart or Target. If however you are having trouble sourcing any items please let Beth know.

URGENT REQUEST! We are looking for a parent or Grandparent who may have a ‘fitter and turner’ or carpentry work history – or someone with a very practical mind to try to build our giant puppet structure. Beth has a ‘working design’ and very keen to talk with anyone who likes a challenge!
