SBC Michigan, SBC Illinois, SBC Indiana, SBC Wisconsin, and SBC Ohio will make available a credit on their Line-Backer® (Inline® in Indiana) inside wire maintenance plan to any end user who purchases Personal Choicesm (described below) from their local SBC company and long distance from any participating interexchange carrier other than SBC Long Distance.
SBC MICHIGAN:
All interexchange carriers who elect to participate must have their customers call their local SBC telephone company at 1-800-244-4444(still need to confirm number) and request the Line-Backer® credit PCOC.To request the credit the customer must order and maintain Personal Choicesm and tell the SBC service representative that his/her long distance company, [name of long distance company], advised that he/she is eligible for the Line-Backer® credit PCOC.
SBC Michigan will, beginning April 1, 2005, make available an additional $2.96 per month credit on Line-Backer ® inside wire maintenance plan to the long distance customers of any interexchange carrier who also purchases Personal Choice (access line, Caller ID with Name, choice of 2 selectable features from approved list, and LineBacker®) and who request the offer by providing the above information.
SBC ILLINOIS:
All interexchange carriers who elect to participate must have their customers call their local SBC telephone company at 1-800-244-4444(still need to confirm number) and request the Line-Backer® credit PCOC.
