Written application no more than 4 single sided A4 pages in Arial Narrow, 11 point font, with no less than 2 cm margins.

Up to 10 pages of written support material

Three references, each of no more than one single sided A4 page, signed, dated, on current letterhead (preferably Arial Narrow, 11 point font with no less than 2 cm margins)

One reference from the Head of School or Unit

Two other references
