We will need to see two forms of proof of id from all our customers, please make sure that the proof of id given contains the address for the company or individual that is hiring the equipment. Any two from the following are the appropriate forms of id needed.
Driving license
Document confirming name and address (2 different utility bills less than 3 months old are acceptable)
Bank statement (less than 3 months old)
Warrant/id card with photograph
