This facility is by invitation only. This property is privately OWNED, and management reserves the right to refuse service to Anyone. Please follow the golden rule: Leave things in their place and in the same condition as you found them.

We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. You will hold us harmless for any bodily injury or property damage arising from your Wedding Ceremony Event and your over night stay.

After your wedding you may receive an incidendal charge invoice or a refund on your refundable damage/security, cleaning deposit. This Refundable damage/security, cleaning deposit is required for incidentals that may occur at your wedding or over night stay. This refundalbe deposit will be returned to you with in 30 days from the date of the wedding minus any charges. This could include time overage fees. It always takes us a while to check on everything, so be patient.

I agree to pay all charges made by or for me during my Event at Auberge de Seattle
French Country Inn of Woodinville, Wa. I authorize my credit card to be charged for any damages above the security/Damage amount received. (made by me or by MY guests) caused to furnishings in the suites, in the Banquet area during my Event, and/ or on the Grounds.

In addition, should it be necessary to clean, repair or replace linens, bedding, draperies, upholstery, bathrobes or other items on the premises due to disappearance, Breakage, smoking, stains, candle abuse or use of massage oils, I understand that my credit card will be charged in full for all cost incurred. I understand that the standard cleaning fee if a guest smokes in the inn is $250.00, plus actual damages.

this is a non-smoking establishment. To eliminate this possibility please inform your guests of our rules ahead of time, we do not like hassels anymore than you do.

  1. A refundable damage, security, cleaning deposit is required for incidential that may occur at your wedding. This deposit will be returned to you within 30 days from the date of the wedding minus any charges.

  1. A copy of an “off the premises” one-day insurance must be provided by your corporate insurance company to Auberge de Seattle.

Included with your Wedding Event Cermoney comes a one over night stay for 6 people in the Honeymoon Suite, Chef Quarters Cottage and Studio Suite; (3 couples) For $899.00
