Vehicle Return Inspection Report
This Delivery Inspection Report is incorporated into, and is part of, the Cancellation Agreement between Dealer and Buyer, dated ______, for the vehicle set forth below. Buyer has elected to return the vehicle under the terms of the Cancellation Agreement. This Delivery Inspection Report sets forth the condition of the vehicle atthe time of return to Dealer. It is used todetermine if damage or defects exist at vehicle return that were not present at vehicle delivery to Buyer.
Pursuant to the signed Cancellation Agreement and signed Delivery Inspection Report, Dealer shall determine the condition of the vehicle upon its return. Dealer also has the right to test drive the vehicle to determine its overall condition. Dealer may also take photos of the vehicle and include them as part of this Report. Buyer is responsible for alldamageor defects listed herein,except for normal wear and tear or defects that became evident after delivery.
Exterior
Using numbers, (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) indicate on the diagram where defects or damage now exist but did not at time of delivery to Buyer. These may include, but not be limited to, such things at dents, scratches, damaged or missing pieces, features that do not work, etc. Then list the numbers on the lines below and describe each defect or damage next to its number.

The interior damage/defects listed below now exist, but did not at time of delivery to Buyer. These may include, but not be limited to, tears, cracks, broken or missing pieces, features that do not work, etc.
Mechanical
Themechanicaldefects or damage listed below now exist, but did not at time of delivery to Buyer. These may include, but not be limited to, broken, worn, or missing parts, features that do not work, leaks, noises, etc.
Other
Any other defects, damages, or other problems not listed above that now exist, but did not at time of delivery to buyer, are included here.
