Thank you for contacting the Foxburg Inn regarding your wedding.
We have 24 rooms, and all of these rooms can be rented as a block for your wedding guests with a credit card to hold the block into place.
We can set up the block for the rooms and will give you a code number for your guests to use when calling to make their reservation.
Any rooms that are not reserved by guests 45 days prior to the your event, will be released to the public.
Our 24 rooms are split up as follows;
3 Suites - $195.11
9 Kings(One of these is handicapped accessible, this room is only available to those who may need it) - $136.25
12 Doubles - $125.35
These rates include tax and are for 2 people per room. There will be an extra charge of $35.00 plus tax for each additional person in the room per night. Our fire code prohibits more than 4 people per room.
The double rooms have 2 double beds, and the king rooms have 1 king bed.
Our suites have a two-person Jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, 2 reclining chairs and a king sized bed. Usually, the bride the groom, the bride's parents, and the groom's parents rent the suites as they are larger and have more room for dressing.
All of our rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board for that last minute touch up.

Hotel River Deck:
Our river deck faces the beautiful Allegheny River, and it can accommodate 50 to 60 people for a wedding reception, reunion or any other group gathering. We prefer these guests rent all of the first floor and preferably the whole hotel and then the deck is free. This may not be suitable for the winter months.
Hotel Garden Area:
The landscaped garden area has a waterfall and reflecting pond which will provide a beautiful backdrop for your wedding photos. There are also two grassy areas and a wooden bridge. This garden area would accommodate 20 people for a small wedding and the wedding ceremony could be performed on the wooden bridge for no charge if two or more rooms are rented. This may not be suitable for winter.
We also have a small front covered patio that could be utilized in case of rain.
If you are having a small winter wedding, the third floor meeting room can hold at least 15 people and could easily meet your needs.
If you would like, we can provide a celebrant and have access to a florist, DJ's, musicians, photographers and local caterers.
Allegheny Grille:
The Allegheny Grille has food services and also a tent that will accommodate 160 guests depending on how it is set up. The River Grille rooms holds 80 guests, if you are interested in anything at the Allegheny Grille, you would contact their Banquet Manager at 724-659-5701.

Check-In time is 3:00pm, if you are having an early afternoon wedding, please plan on staying the night before so you may leisurely set your plans in motion. You and all of your "stuff" will already be here.
Please remember that we are a small establishment, and during busy season, we may have 2 or 3 weddings take place within one weekend. Given that check-out time is at 11:00am, our housekeepers only have a short period of time to clean the entire hotel. Therefore, we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs.
All of our rooms are non-smoking. When checking in, guests will sign a form stating that they have read and agree to this statement. Those who do not comply, will be charged a $100.00 fee.
Our earliest check-in time is 3:00pm.
Our latest check-out time is 11:00am.
